The warranty and return policy is only applicable to units that are directly purchased from us, for any after sales issues with units bought from trading channels, please contact your direct seller.
By ordering from us, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the following warranty and return conditions listed below. If you have any questions, you can contact your sales person.
1) 1 Year Factory Warranty
All of our items come with a 1 Year Warranty from the date of dispatch. Accessories orders have a three-month warranty period. A replacement item, if sent, does not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
2) Spare Parts Support
Resellers may purchase spare parts and return any faulty parts for a refund equal to the purchase price of the faulty parts only.
- The TFT screen/touchscreen/DVD lens is not covered by a warranty.
- Parts return for refund must be completed within 1 month of reporting the faulty parts.
- The faulty unit requiring the repair must be in the covered warranty period.
3) OEM orders qualify for a 1% spare parts credit.
4) Extended warranty or no warranty terms are available. Please consult your salesperson.
5) Third party QC and QC methods are acceptable. Please consult your salesperson.
6) Authorized after sales video and training support is provided.
Resellers qualify for training with our professional tech team in after sale support and receive instruction via online videos and written materials.
All Product returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form attached to the product returned. You can obtain forms from your salesperson. Returns without the required return documentation may be rejected or delayed in processing.
Normally, we do not give refunds, but if we make an exception, please note the shipping fees are not refundable. Product returns for replacement and refund must be reported to us within 7 days from the date your product originally shipped out.
Returns for refund must be received within 14 days from the date your product originally shipped out. For product replacement or refund requests, please return the entire item package including all accessories. Package contents will be verified before a replacement/refund is issued.
Return units out of warranty must be authorized before return. The cost for repairing will be quoted by the customer service. The customer is solely responsible for sending returned products to us. UG will cover the cost of returning the repaired item back to customers.
All returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return. Customers will be notified when the return is received and we will arrange redelivery. Normally only China repair centers accept returns for refurbishing. For refurbishing cost, please inquiry with customer service.
Normally only China repair centers accept returns for refund. Warranty and return terms made between resellers and their own clients are not applicable to Xtrons.
The above warranty does not apply to damage or failure resulting from:
- Accident, neglect, abuse or acts of force
- Unauthorized repair, modification or upgrade of units
- Failure to install, improper installation or using the product not in accordance with the instructions
- Use of the product for other than for its intended purpose
- Artificial/physical damage
- Operation error
- The warranty stickers or serial numbers are not easy to identify, damaged, torn and altered, etc.
